Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of digital sheet music on the To Brass website (tobrass.shop). By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these terms.
2. Products
To Brass sells exclusively digital sheet music in PDF format. Files are available for immediate download after payment. Sheet music is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. To Brass reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time of order.
4. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. Banking data is never transmitted to To Brass.
5. Delivery
Digital products (PDF): digital sheet music files are sent by email immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical delivery is made for these products.
Physical products (printed methods, etc.): physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of order based on the destination zone. To Brass shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Digital products: in accordance with applicable consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, having acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal. This consent is collected during order confirmation.
Physical products: you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Legal Warranties
In accordance with applicable consumer law, all buyers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects for physical products.
8. Intellectual Property
All sheet music sold on To Brass is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to amicable dispute resolution, To Brass is a member of the FEVAD e-commerce Mediator Service (Fédération du e-commerce et de la vente à distance): 60 Rue La Boétie – 75008 Paris – www.mediateurfevad.fr.

10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
