Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of digital sheet music on the To Brass website (tobrass.shop). By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these terms.
2. Products
To Brass sells exclusively digital sheet music in PDF format. Files are available for immediate download after payment. Sheet music is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. To Brass reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time of order.
4. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. Banking data is never transmitted to To Brass.
5. Delivery
As digital products, sheet music files are sent by email immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical delivery is made.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun after the consumer's prior express consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All sheet music sold on To Brass is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
